On 9 November, our colleagues from the Singapore office, including their families, set out to share their blessings and distribute food parcels to the elderly community living in the Redhill residential district nearby. The event – a joint effort with the Apex Club of Singapore (Bukit Timah) – saw our volunteers packing nutritious fresh produce, groceries, and bread into goodie bags, and then distributing them to households.
Reflecting on the day, Winnie Cruz-Ding, Chief Financial Officer said: “It was a Saturday well spent, and indeed an #AETcares activity befitting of AET’s 30th anniversary. As an organisation, we have always believed in making a positive impact on the society and our local communities, and this activity was a tangible demonstration of our commitment and a way for our teams to bond together. I would like to thank the #oneAET team and their families for dedicating their weekend to share their blessings and deliver the goodie bags to 153 homes, and to the Apex Club of Singapore (Bukit Timah) for their partnership and dedication.”
“We will continue to look for areas where we can serve the community and invest in initiatives that best reflect our values of caring for others while creating meaningful impact,” said Winnie.
